Thank you everyone for your input. My doctor and therapist both

echoed your thoughts as well. Start slowly and figure out my

limitaions with the pain meds. I work as editor, so my job is pretty

sedentary. I think I'll be OK, if stay a little hypervigilnt when it

comes to spelling, typos and grammatical errors. As always, I don't

know what I'd do without all of you. Tammy
