Doctor feedback form - found a GREAT GI doctor

I attempted to follow the link to the Doctor feedback form that I had

received in one of my " welcome " emails: http://www.scdiet

I was directed to a page that said that the page had expired on 8/12/2006

Just thought I would pass the information along in case someone forgot about

renewing the site....?

Anyway, I went to a new GI doctor on Friday and found her to be VERY willing

to support me on the SCD. She talked about the fact that she has some

patients that are not Celiac and yet they improve when they remove wheat

from their diet, and she doesn't know why. (I may just have to buy her a

copy of BTVS.)

She figures that it can't hurt me and as long as I don't become malnourished

- go ahead and give it a try.

Her " beside " manner is great and she was a lot of fun to interact with. I'm

actually looking forward to my next visit with her in four months - and I

HATE going to the doctor. She taught me more about Microscopic Colitis than

my old GI who never listened to me and made me feel like a non-entity.
