Guest guest
thanks Mark, Finally, something in writing that states what I have leftover after a successful sphincterotomy and numerous stenting. I don't have the severe pancreatitis anymore, but if I drink cold water, soda, or anything else cold..or the other way..hot drinks..I get spasms of pain that only last a minute or so. And it happens every single time. I guess my GI didn't have an answer the many times I've brought this up because I always got fobbed off. I have tried to change my drinking habits, eg..room temperature water and soda..and it does work. But most days I crave a cold glass of flavoured milk, so will just put up with the spasms I get when I drink that..just can't seem to give that one up..
