Guest guest
I have a medic alert bracelet, and I put pancreatitis on mine, as well as my tumors. They also give you a wallet card to elaborate and put more stuff on which I put my medications on, as the medications for me change more than the illnesses I have. Guest guest
Fliss, the medic-alert bracelets have a phone number and a number ID on them. The people who need the information are supposed to call that number, give them the ID number and the medica alert person gives them the more in-depth history and medication listing that the patient filled out for medic alert online or via phone, and information like family members to call in emergency, the patient's doctors and numbers to call them at, etc. It's more than just what's on the bracelet. Also, if you are diabetic, Medic-Alert automatically enrolls you in the American Diabetes Association, which gives you a monthly magazine called Diabetes Forecast. So, there are many advantages to having a medic alert bracelet. Kimber -- Kimber Vallejo, CA hominid2@...
