Hi Eileen,

> Does anyone know if potassium metabisulphite is legal on SCD? I

The Potassium Metabisulphite is SCD legal.

have seen it listed on cans of coconut milk? The brand is Orchid, it

doesn't have guar gum so I thought it was a possibility. I'm not good

with making coconut milk from scratch. Thank you, Eileen Brown

I'd be very concerned about this having unlisted illegals.

See http://pecanbread.com/foodprep.html#homemade especially the 2% rule

(Does the gums fall under 2% of the total weight/volume?...)

If you are considering using it, a letter confirming what is in the

can from the company *on company letterhead* would be a really good

idea.
