Guest guest
Are you asking if " broiling " and " grilling " (on a barbeque grill) are the same? As long as you're not adding any illegal sauces or marinades, and you're cooking on a clean grill, then yes.... basically they are similar enough. The idea is to have the excess fat drain away (as opposed to frying) for SCD beginners. It's very common for kids to be very hungry in the beginning. If your child tolerates dairy well, you could go ahead and use the other legal cheeses. Start with a small amount and observe. If your child is constipated, cheese will tend to make that worse. I don't see why you couldn't use the souffle bread now. Patti still more questions So we are in day 2. So far nothing to report apart from a very hungry little boy. I was wondering how long to give each new phase before moving on to the next one? Also, I know DCCC is allowed in the intro but could not find on the webpage when the rest of the cheese are allowed (cheddar etc). And starting tomorrow can he have the souffle bread? (only eggs, DCCC and salt in the recipe). Is broiled and bbq the same?
