Hi everyone. First I have to say that I look forward each day to

reading your posts. I am now in the process of getting my packet

together. I have already gotten the recommendation from my doctor

and

all of my records. On Friday I emailed my form to Dr. R, but have

not

heard anything back. How long does it usually take to get a response

back? Does anyone have BC/BS of Minnesota? I actually live and work

in Asheville, NC, but our insurance is administered through Minnesota.

I would love to hear from anyone that would like to give me the guts

and glory of it all I am still working on my 10 contacts, so,

please feel free to email me and tell me all of the in's and out's!

I got a response, via Barbara on my e-mail, in eight days. I am still

preop, doning the Dance on Sept 28, but would be glad to share any of my

experiences to this point. My insurance is Missouri so can't give you any

feedback there. Welcome to the group.

hi, do you know how far the surgery is being booked? If i were approved by

sept 30th,when would they schedule me? thanks this is exciting but also very

scary.

Conversely, does any one know how far into the future he'll book a surgery?

I want to go ahead and send in my packet now, but with my crazy schedule

(livin' la vida loca!), needing to work out a good time to take off work and

so forth, January would probably be the earliest I could get it done. Anyone

know if he'd schedule that far in advance?
