rectal yeast killers

I need some advice in battling what I think is yeast. I'm an adult

with CD, and have been on SCD for 3 years. After an antibiotic shot

last December, I had diarrhea for a month. Tested for c.difficile 3

times, and each time was negative (thank God!) and finally, I added s.

boulardii, high doses of probiotics, and took out peanut butter, fruit

and honey. Slowly, solid bowel movements returned. Last May, I took a

Geneva stool test, and it showed no yeast! But also no acidopholus,

but no other pathogens. I kind of threw up my hands and started eating

fruit again, but this caused more mucus at the beginning of my stools,

and a return of acne. But once I started eating fruit again, I

couldn't stop, and I was OK, except for those symptoms, but slowly,

looser stools returned until I ended up with diarrhea for about 10

days, and I took fruit and honey back out of my diet. I went back on

s.boulardii, and continued with the probiotics I was taking.

It's been about a month since I took out fruit and honey again, and the

first 3 weeks, I felt like the walking dead. No energy, no appetite,

slightly nauseous, hypoglycemic, blacking out (I have really low blood

pressure and am borderline anemic.) I concluded it was die-off, and

continued on. I am feeling better; my appetite has returned mostly,

the nausea is gone, and I have solid stools consistently, unless I eat

too much nut flour or fiber. I'm still tired though, and my intestines

often ache. I'm sure I have high inflammation, since I tested last

May, and it had come down, but was still very high. After this 2 month

fruit binge, I've probably fed whatever pathogens I had been starving

out before, and now maybe they are stronger and harder to kill. I am

feeling better, but no where near where I was last year, before that

antibiotic.

But I'm still having mucus at the beginning of my stools, and the first

1-2 inches of solid stool are coated with white film, which I'm

assuming is yeast. I'm taking 15-30 drops of GSE every day, and 4

drops of oregenol. I've also gone through 3 bottles of Candidase or

Candidzyme. I'm spending so much money on supplements, and am

extremely bored with no fruit/honey SCD, but I don't know what else to

do. I'm going to start upping the GSe and Oregenol and perhaps the

probiotics too, but it's all so expensive.

I've always had Crohn's in my rectum and the lower bowel (had to cut

out the lower 1/3 of my colon 2 1/'2 years ago, and I was asymptomatic

and completely inflammation free until that horrible antibiotic. So

I'm assuming that the rectum is loaded with yeast, and since nothing

goes past that point except when I'm going to the bathroom, I don't see

how any of my supplements are reaching the rectum at all.

So my question; I want to start focusing on the bottom up. I figure if

I can get yeast killers in my rectum and descending colon, then

probiotics, I would have better luck than from the mouth end. I know

of retention probiotic enemas, but does anyone know of an anti-candida

that I could put in a retention enema first before the probiotic? GSE

and oregenol seem way too caustic to put up my rectum; has anyone else

had success with some natural antibiotic/antifungal that they used

rectally? My GI doesn't have a clue and said " I'm pushing the

envelope " in this; he thinks it could be a good idea (at least the

probiotic ) but beyond that, is no help. My family practice doctor

suggests a clove of garlic for hemmerhoids....Anyone have some ideas?
