Some

recent posted stated that juice should be diluted initially...leading me to

believe that I had

misunderstood what I'd previously read about juice forever and always being

diluted. So,

can someone clarify at what point does one know that they have progressed enough

to

handle straight juice?

I have diluted my juice for six years and get an awful sugar rush if I try a

small amount

undiluted.

So, I guess you wouldn't know if you can drink straight juice unless you try

it. You are able to eat advanced foods, I know. If you can't handle it,

then my son on scd for only 6 mths. probably can't. I'll just wait a while.

Thanks.

Yes, you would be diluting the juice in the process of making the gelatin as

well. It's important because the nutrients and natural sugars in the juice are

very concentrated. Elaine stressed dilution in order to make it easy to digest.

<<Are you diluting the juice by 50%? That's important.>>

Do we dilute the juice just for drinking or does it need to be diluted for the

gelatin as well? Why is this so important?
