Guest guest
Hi! I have been decreasing my prednisone and this week will be at 20 mgs!! I'm very excited about this. I know that it is typical to have pain due to the decrease itself, but I want to know whether that is muscle pain only, or if this traveling joint pain, that could be my other condition, is actually the decreasing pain and not to be worried about. Anyone? Thanks, M

I guess we are all different, but would like to know the answer to this one. Congratulations on your decrease. Just keep coming down , we are all hoping to get to 0 one day. It sounds weird but the best way I find is to keep moving, walking to strengthen the muscles. I feel it is different from the joint pain, but that is justg my own feeling. Well done on the reduction - take it slowly. Love Liz __________________________________________________
