This lady has been consulting with Pam Ferro who is opening the Elaine

Gottschall Centre

and I am willing to venture her things are legal. Read the website. I would ask

about the

" organic shortening. " I'm guessing it's legal coconut type.

I will email Pam but imagine she is off to the DAN so it may be a little while

before she

responds.

I was wondering about the shortening... I was also wondering about the apple

spread. I emailed this lady, hope to hear from her.... I would love to order her

birthday cake for my son's birthday...
