Guest guest Posted October 5, 2006 Report Share Posted October 5, 2006 I made the large 11x13 dish of it and I'd like to freeze some for later time. I don't want to give it to her everyday. When it thaws will the texture be different or does it thaw OK? Has anyone tried? I guess I could take a small piece of it now, freeze it and then thaw it later to see....
