Jello Ok to freeze?

Depends on why you want to. My mom used to make us jello popsicles

as kids. They were fun, but might be weird for sensative kids..they

get kind of gummy as they are eaten (thaw) and the center is still

crystallized and harder.

I made the large 11x13 dish of it and I'd like to freeze some for

later time. I don't want to give it to her everyday. When it thaws

will the texture be different or does it thaw OK? Has anyone tried? I

guess I could take a small piece of it now, freeze it and then thaw it

later to see.... Duh!
