It's just much, much harder to digest for a beginner. You're not feeding him raw cucumber are you? That would need to be cooked, too, at this point. Patti Raw Zucchini My ASD son snatched 1 slice of raw zucchini as I was cooking today (he thought it was a cucumber most likely); he ate it before I could get it from him.
