Guest guest
Hi Kris, You're obviously still finding the gluten-free diet helpful? I'm pleased about that. I have decided to have one last proper and sustained attempt to reintroduce gluten during these summer hols. I'm at home and only popping in and out of school....no kids! This makes it a good time to see what happens. I'm going to do it very gradually. However, if it gives me toilet issues, I'm simply going to assume that the 1988 coeliac diagnosis was correct and that I have both coeliac disease AND pancreatitis. An alternative could just be that after 16 years without gluten, my body might find it hard to digest, whether or not I actually have the coeliac condition. Either way, any problems and I stick to the good old gluten-free diet! Glad it's working well for you. With good wishes, Fliss (UK)
