Decaf Coffee

I contacted Lucy Rosset of Lucy's Kitchen Shop who was very close to

Elaine and asked if she recalls anything about the Swiss Water method

of making " decaf. "

Lucy says she has used that type of coffee with no ill effects for a

long time. I am just sharing a valued opinion as I can not declare that

legal or illegal but from the feedback I'm getting, no one has had a

problem with it.

(Personally I can't move a muscle without my one cup of diluted

certified organic rain forest Zavida brew with a drop of added cinnamon

and vanilla and a few saccharine tablets, first thing and don't have

any more until the next morning.)

There's no place within an hour of me that sells that kind of decaf,

but I can order it online. I remember reading it had to be " weak "

coffee, so I assume the decaf has to be weak too? What constitutes

weak?

Thanks again,

Michele
