Guest guest
.. The Dentist found nothing wrong with my teeth, so dont know why I am having intermittent pain there. Then on Fri went to see the Rhumatologist from Virginia Mason. You know she didn't charge me a cent for the visit, I was amazed! The doctor I saw was the head of the Rhumatology Dept there, so she was going to confer with Dr. Buckner about me when she returns to Seattle on Tuesday. She was going to ask her if RP had presented itself with anybody else the way it had with me, as she thinks I might have been misdiagnosed. (I Hope!!!!). She had me go up to the hospital for blood work I think it was for Lupus. She gave me two other illnesses it could have been, but after looking them up I didn't find that they had the same symtoms as what I had, so I got a little depressed again. I still have a funny feeling in my temples and around my ear, and get exhausted easily. I guess if I continue to get depressed I shall just have to jump in my new Caddy and go for a drive, and wonder how the poor people are doing! Told the Dr. that I would be down in Seattle in Sept, and she asked me to call as soon as I left the office and make an appt to see her as she is booked solid. I did this, and they blinkin girl at reception wouldnt make an appt for me because I have Tricare Insurance, and V.Mason wont take any patients with that coverage as it only pays, so they say, 4 cents on the dollar. I told her to make the appt anyway and put it as self pay, which she refused as she said I cannot self pay if I have insurance. Bunch of Bull.......... Now I dont know what to do, except call the Dr. when she gets back to Seattle on Tues, and ask her if she can see me privately. I gave the Dr. one of the brochures and also I had printed out that letter from the one of us who had gone to Dr. Buckner and was praising her and V. Mason's Doctors. She was very pleased and asked me if she could have it so she could take it back to them. Of course I said 'Yes " . Tomorrow I have to go the hospital for a pre op, for the colonoscopy that I have to endure on Tues. Son goes in as well on Tues to have his colostomy reversed. Daughter Debbie suggested I write in magic marker on my stomache 'Wrong Damian " in case they start looking for a bag on me!!! I am getting a large storage room dug under a rec room we had built on the side of the house in 94. The guy that is doing it is as strong as an ox, and working as hard as one. Should be great when it is done, and I will not let just throw his junk under there like he has in the past. I told him it was my project and he was to have nothing to do with it. Which surprisingly he agreed to. We won't have Porcupines nesting and pooping under there no more as they wont be able to get in!!! Well thats it from Alaska Take care all of you Effo
