Scalp lymphadenopathy??? Anyone......

Hi All, I am fairly new to the group.... is 8mos. old and she has been in

a Hanger helmet for about 3 weeks now. I feel like I am already seeing some

changes. Her head was getting super sweaty so on f/u he put holes in the helmet

to vent it more. It totally worked. Yesterday I noticed an enlarged lymph node

behind her ear and today after giving her bath I noticed several to her

posterior occipital area...she always scratches vigorously at her head when the

helmet is off. I noticed some scaling and scratches to the back of her head. Not

sure if it's infected.... Any thoughts? from California
