Guest guest Posted September 29, 2000 Report Share Posted September 29, 2000 > thanks Dinah..i tried some jsut now and feel my light headedness is starting > to go away Kendra, I have had yogurt, frozen fat free sugar free yogurt, some of the stars in chicken and stars soup, a few spoons full of natural applesauce, a fruit smoothie, juice popsicles, protein shake with skim milk and SF nestle's quik. I have added salt and pepper to the broths. Tonight I had maybe 2 tbsp of mashed potatoes. Liquids are the main stay though. Last evening I was hungry and looking for something of substance. Today I wasn't hungry at all much and was easily satisfied. my tummy hasn't had a problem with any of this - just a little discomfort if I don't go slow and easy.
