Thanks I will try that kind...I am at the point I will try

anything....in the evening time I get hungry and crave food food...any

suggestions..did you stay on the liquids for the full 2 weeks....during the

day at times I feel weak..I dont think i am getting enough of something..any

advice...Kendra in WV

Kendra...you might try upping your sodium intake. I've heard Dr. R.

mention that several times to treat weakness.

Your blood sugar may be dropping. Try some OJ! It helped me.]

Kendra,

I have had yogurt, frozen fat free sugar free yogurt, some of the

stars in chicken and stars soup, a few spoons full of natural

applesauce, a fruit smoothie, juice popsicles, protein shake with

skim milk and SF nestle's quik. I have added salt and pepper to the

broths. Tonight I had maybe 2 tbsp of mashed potatoes. Liquids are

the main stay though. Last evening I was hungry and looking for

something of substance. Today I wasn't hungry at all much and was

easily satisfied.

my tummy hasn't had a problem with any of this - just a little

discomfort if I don't go slow and easy.
