Re: Magnesium/

Joe and n,

The mgwater site is a good one --- probably the most comprehensive Mg site on

the net. The site owner captures pretty

much everything out there and updates it regularly. However, you really have

to know how to dig around the site, therefore when I'm in

a hurry, it's often not my fastest preference. But if you have time to sit and

dig you'll find lots there.

Keep in mind that you'lll find very little info specifically addressing Mg

deficiency (Mg-D )with CF. But Pub Med does have several

CF/Mg-D abstracts. Because CF affects so many organs and symptoms, you look at

the symptoms of CF and go from there to treat

and ameliorate symptoms.
