hi everyone

well its time to nag again. I don't want to let down on my nagging, whining, worrying, pestering, reminding, pleading, begging, now lets see what else can I call it. Oh yea brow beating, Now how about it.

1> have you taken your vitamins and meds today, if heidi comes back and finds out that you haven't she will have my head and yours too, so pleassssssssssssse keep the rp in the sleeping mood ok because i don't like the pointy toe shoes, and if your rp isn't in the sleeping mood you will look like this

2. Have you exercised, and put your money in the jar for the foundation

3. Have you sent for your medic alert braclet and have you updated your information if you already have one. it only takes a minute and it could save your life.

4. have you joined the rp support foundation yet, its on $15.00 and every penny helps. please lets make claudia happy and have several new members when she returns.

ok, 5. have you sent good thoughts, prayers, cards or whatever out to those of us that are worse off than what you are at the moment. Remember , there are several that are kind of having a rough time right now
