Guest guest
Hey, I forgot to ask you how old is and whether her Pa was mucoid when it was cultured. Joe > For those of you with children ( or you yourselves) who have had PA, > but it has not shown up for months or years.....do you still do > Tobi? 's doctor wants her to continue doing Tobi even though > her culture came back neg for PA. I know that does not necessarily > mean anything and of course I am going t keeep giving her > treatments. I was just wondering if her cultures keep coming back > negative will we still have to do treatments? Does this make sense? > > Love, > e, who is 3 inches shorter from all of the shopping/walking I > have been doing. But am I getting any thinner? NO! Oh it is so not > fair! Guest guest
Hi Joe, is 10 years old and her PA was non-mucoid. It is my concern that keeping her on Tobi when she is negative for PA is setting her up for later when the PA comes back will it be immune to the Tobi. However, I understand that keeping her on Tobi can prevent the PA from growing out of control. Then again, how accurate are the cultures? I mean for it to show up one month and then it is gone the next, I have to ask if it is really gone, or is it lurking down deep. I just don't know enough about this so I have to have faith in our doctor ( whom I really like and trust). It is just my nature to question everything and everyone. This drives my husband crazy and is further proof of why I am not military material( long story of how I was in the Naval Reserves for two weeks). Thanks for your info! e, mom to , 10 wcf and Ian 13 nocf.
Guest guest
e, Two whole weeks huh? Now, that's funny. I shouldn't laugh, I probably wouldn't last that long. Thanks for the smile, Gale > Hi Joe, > is 10 years old and her PA was non-mucoid.
