First SCD Vancouver Support Group Meeting

Will take place this Saturday, November 4, 2006 from 3-5pm at the

Firehall Branch of the Vancouver Public Library on 10th Ave. 1/2 block

east of Granville St. in Vancouver, BC. There is no charge. The

meetings will take place on the first Saturday of every month.

There is a yahoo group too, but you don't have to join to attend the

meetings:

In the future, I may have an information meeting for people wanting to

learn more about the diet, but for now, the meetings are for support

for people ALREADY following the diet. Thank you.
