The PA may be lodged in the sinuses and is dripping down into or onto the

throat;

maybe an ENT specialist could do a CT scan of her sinuses and a direct culture

of them---as I say, just a thought,

PA Culture

Hey there!Does anyone know why PA in a sputum culture would not be

evident but during a deep throat culture evidence of PA appears?

Nothing had been said to me about it in previous cultures but during

gallbladder removal they did a deep throat.STILL nothing was said

until they heard crackles in his lungs.Is there a chance the drs

arent looking close enough to bbegin with?And after the iv

w/timentin and tobra should i expect the PA to be gone completely?

Thanks

Patty, mom to ty8wcf and 2 wocf

P.S. Special thanks to Bev w/your help with the CF Pharmacy!:):)

n,

I'm looking forward to seeing you on the 27th. Do we need to make

reservations at the restaurant? Do I need to dress up?

I am REALLY looking forward to spending time with you.
