Maybe I missed something....I am a nurse and I am doing a lot of

research...over a year now...........I dont see where Dr R did any follow up

research on his patients....Could you send a link to the site so I and others

can find this answer.

Hi : Dr. Rutledge maintains a data base. Once a month or so we are sent

a follow up form which can be found here:

http://www.clos.net/forms/fu-form.htm

It comes to your email address about a month after surgery and you fill it out

and return it. Everyone who's had the MGB gets one. I've gotten three so far

and am four months post-op so I'm assuming it comes monthly. My daughter uses my

email address and she's received two so far and she's two months post-op.

You can also find the link on the left column of the starting page. You can

also do a search (try follow-up) because the information obtained is then

analyzed and there's a few pages with results.Hope this helps.
