Guest guest
I don't think you necessarily need to intro each one of those ingredients, unless you have a pretty sensitive kid. I don' t know.... if you get some sort of adverse response, of course then you'll want to pull them ALL out and re-introduce them separately, as that would be the only way to tell which one was causing a problem.... but hopefully, it wouldn't be that big of an issue. I think I would suggest going with a very slight amount of the cinnamon and cloves to begin with. Only you can say whether you think your child will have a rough time with honey, and whether you feel you need to limit that. Patti When to intro cinnamon, honey, cloves We are redoing the intro after 3.5 mos SCD. When we did it the first time around, I introduced butternut squash with cinnamon about week 2. When we intro foods one at a time, does that go for honey, cinnamon, cloves as well? , Mom to Jack, 5yrs, ASD, 3.5 mos SCD
