Guest guest
.... You mean you pureed the onion and avocado in with the hamburger meat? Was the onion cooked first? These sound like great burgers, but they won't work for the intro diet. It needs to be plain ground beef. Patti onions / intro I have ben cooking up a lot of hambuger patties and freezing them to restart this diet. I pureed onions squash and an avacado. Now that I have made a whole bunch I thought I might see were onions were . They are a stage 3. I dont want to kid myself and use them if it will case harm. They are frozen and I can make more without them. Thanks

Guest guest
Patti, I cook onion first and then the meat and vegetables and puree them all together. This is what I've been doing from day one of diet. Why onion is in stage 3? Guest guest
Onions are generally more difficult to digest... for most people. If they are being tolerated now, then don't worry. is asking about foods she can use when she restarts the intro diet. Onions would not be part of intro.
