First...stop and take a few deep breaths..it's ok it will all get done. It

may be a challenge at first. I started with my insurance Co. Once I received

approval, I then went to my PCP...once I received his support, I started on

my contacts and my Paper (whew). I will tell you the more research your do

the easier it will be to write it.

As far as your PCP goes, take all the info you can. If you truly want this

surgery, you have to lay it on the table and tell him/her that you have done

the research and you are ready. Know your facts!!! Most everything else is

simple...it took me almost 2 months to get everything prepared, but it has
