, please look at previous posts where I listed two insurance companies

for Christians to help each other. Regarding your husband...have a long

personal no interrruption talk with him. Let him know ALL that is going on

in you and how you feel. We did this and it was a revelation. Wev'e been

married almost 25 years and mine still amazes me. He did not realize

something he said had hit a nerve. We talked it out and he is so totally

supportive of me having the MGB not only for the weight loss but so we can

spend many more years together. After having cancer and a mild heart attack

last March, he had fears unspoken. We will include you in our prayers...Inga

Hi ,

Don't cry, it will get better. There are some companies that will loan money

for medical procedures. I am not sure of any right off hand, but they have

been posted on this group before. Maybe you can try some of them. Remember

this is a very big decision that can't be made overnight. Alot of pre-ops

have had these problems, and alot have come up with good solutions. It's NOT

always easy though, just remember keep your KEWL. It may take some time to

get everything prepared to have this surgery. Some people have been fighting

insurances or saving for months. Either way I hope it all works out for

you.... DON'T WORRY BE HAPPY!!

Same here . At first my husband was dead set against my surgery and

was down right angry about it. But as time went by, little by little he

came around. It took lots of talking and educating him and the rest of the

family to get full support from everyone. Some of my friends never did come

around. You always have HOPE!!! in Missouri

It took my husband a while to come around too,

we have only been married 13 years, tho. and my family that knows my weight

battle for more years were supportive quicker.

I still have some friends that frown when I mention what I've been up to. they

will probably come around when they see how well I look, and how good this was

for me
