Guest guest
I have a two year old who is suddenly deciding he does not like SCD legal foods that were once his favorites. He refuses to eat them now and will spend the entire time throwing food to the floor. He used to like chicken tots, sneaky veggie pancakes, and other recipes from pecanbread.com. Now, all he wants are bananas (which he does not digest well and his behavior deteriorates when he eats too many), goat yogurt, and almond muffins/pancakes (which I feel he also does not digest well). He would also eat fruit all day long if I let him. I do not know what to do. He does not understand nor care about cute characters and does not understand " if you eat a bite of this, then you can have a bite of that. " Right now I am still able to mix some foods like spinach or zuchinni with pear a little chicken and coconut oil and puree with cinnamon and honey and he will eat. But if I offer this all day every day, he will probably begin to refuse it as well. I am concerned. How am I going to get him to heal if he refuses to eat the best foods for him to heal?
