Larabar is an advanced food. How long has he been on SCD? Items from Digestive Wellness are said to be made according to SCD specifications but Elaine expressed general cautions about storebought food, so you would have to make your own decision. Many of our members enjoy a number of the DW products. I hope someone else will point out those others that would only be for the advanced ot not for SCD. I tried two items from DW recently and enjoyed one very much, J.J. Butter Cookies (made with coconut oil ( not butter) but did not do well with the other, as I was allergic to a single ingredient, the dry roasted cashew butter--so it really is a personal decision.
