Hi , I hope this is helpful.If you and your husband own your

home,you can probably take out an equity loan.I realize your husband is

recently self employedand & your jobdoes'nt pay,however if you have equity in

your home ,you might qualify for a 'No Income Qualifying " mortgage.If you

have a good credit score and credit history AND if your husbands' time in

his line of work is a few years.It should be doable.Good luck,I trust you

have the will and can find a way. Janet
