i stopped using the natural orange flavored oil because my son is

allergic to oranges and substituted for the peach. i hope it is scd

legal.

should i be giving my son bottled water in case there is flouride in

the water?

should i always buy organic fruit and veggies? we are peeling all the

fruit now so i was wondering how important organic is in this case.

I'm not sure if the peach is legal. What about the lemon? That is definitely

legal. We mix ours into the Welch's grape juice, and he doesn't protest. If

you truly can afford organic, that's fantastic. Remember that there may be

speech, occupational, or other therapies down the road as ell as other

treatments like chelation that you will want to have the funds for. We do not

do organic because we just swing it financially. I'd suggest hormon and

antibiotic free, grass fed meats over organic produce. I really think that the

meat choices are more important. But again, I'd say to make sure that you can

afford other treatments if needed.

Is this Nordic Naturals CLO? A few years ago they were contacted and

at that time they said the peach flavour came from the peel. It was

okayed then. You should contact them to confirm that they have not

changed the source of the " peach flavour " . (To ensure it is not a SCD

illegal)

Some bottled waters may have fluoride, check the labels if you are

concerned - they usually have the ppm's listed on the side.

If you can only buy so much organic due to cost : what I do is buy

meats, eggs and fats (butter) organic and use regular fruits and

veggies if I will be peeling them.
