field hams are legal if you make sure to get the country ham. House of

Hams also has scd legal ham. The key is to make sure that it is salt cured

only...no sugar, brown sugar, honey, ect. added in. So far, I haven't had any

luck finding a ham source that carries nitrate or nitrite free ham.

I would like to have something besides turker for christmas any help

on finding a ham would be helpful.
