This is a good question, Sharyn, and one that I am

going to be talking to my doctor about on my next

visit. If I remember right, in my research about RP,

I read somewhere that there are two types of cartilage

in the body and RP only attacks one type. If anyone

remembers or knows about this, clue us all in please.

Sorry that your hip is so bad. That is so painful.

Take care! squeek

Hey there

Well if there are two types it kinda makes me wonder reading all the posts here

and what different problems we all have and many are the same that perhaps RP

doesn't just attack one type of cart....As I said...the doctors are good at

blaming a lot of my joint pain on Fibromyligia...Told my Rheumy several times

that I think that FM is just a name the doctors give it because they just don't

know what is making us hurt like this. With me seems like my list of health

problems keeps growing and growing...Right Sharon????

Hi Sharyn, I'm glad that you had a good talk with your Rheumy. You sound more at ease. I'm sorry for all of the pain that you're in but soon with all of our Prayers and the surgery you will feel a lot better. Take care and I am sending you gentle hugs.

Sharon
