I had Cigna and was denied due to an exlcusion. The denial did not get overturned. I am changing plans in November and will be heading to Durham in January. I haven't sent in my packet yet so this may be wishful thinking. I think I have been a pre-op long enough (since 2/19) to get it right the first time I submit it. But when you request a date send in at least 3 dates so that if the 1st is not good they can go with your 2nd or 3rd choice..I know things are going to work for you..I will be thinking of you that day and praying for you..Hang in there my friend and as soon as you know something you either call me or email me..you know i will be offline then but you can do the pocketmail.com thing..
