I will share what I did... I went to obesityhelp dot com and searched

my state for people who wanted to have WLS of any type. I then called

up one who had the same health insurance as I did (worked at the same

place I did..the telephone company) and emailed him for his PCP. He

responded right away and I went to his Dr. who documented co morbids

for me and would support me post surgery.

The guy who had the same PCP had lap RNY at Alvarado's clinic in

California and has lost about 120 pounds now since December.

I also finally found a local doc who does lap RNYs at the University

Hospital here in Denver but he has a YEAR waiting list!
