Guest guest
Well.... if in fact this has absolutely nothing added, it would seem legal. I trust that company.... I have purchased their coconut oil in the past. However, in reading the fine print at the link you sent, it tells me that this product includes ALL of the fiber that would have been in the original coconut. That would make it an advanced food.... as opposed to the coconut milk we make at home, which we strain a large portion of the fiber out of. I'm also just not sure about the " concentrate " form of.... well, pretty much anything. I will defer to Sheila or Mimi on this one. What do you guys think? Patti can this coconut cream be used as a milk. Hi Can this coconut concentrate cream be used as an scd legal milk Details on this link. http://www.tropicaloilseurope.com/news.htm Thanks Regards Niall

It would be far easier to tolerate the homemade coconut milk. Guest guest
Carol, Sheila agrees that this product is okay.... just not for beginners because of the fiber. I would also add that I think it should always be reconstituted fully, not used straight in it's concentrated form. Guest guest
I'm sure Elaine didn't know this product existed.... and it probably is quite new. I will talk with Sheila privately about it a little more. patti Re: can this coconut cream be used as a milk. Sorry, But I have never seen it mentioned by Elaine and was guided by that. Carol F. There are no added ingredients in this product as there are no added ingredients in legal natural pecan butter or legal almond butter. The high natural fat of the finely ground coconut turns it into a cream as grinding pecans turns it into pecan butter. This item should not be confused with commercial nut milks which are all illegal. It is also an advanced food item since it contains a lot of fiber.
