Don't forget dark, leafy greens.... and prunes! Also iron rich!

Everything iron rich that I like to eat (minus the liver) are not

allowed for me right now !

Well, since Elaine allowed prune nectar in her constipation protocol.... which

she recommended for beginners who needed that relief.... I don't see why you

could not go ahead and add in some prune nectar, especially if you are badly in

need of an iron boost.

And why not cooked spinich at this point? Spinich is one that is tolerated

fairly early on by most. It would not be okay raw.... but cooked is fine.

I can do spinach, but I'm a little wary of prunes LOL. Ever since

starting the yogurt I've been a bit unsettled in that area lately...
