Guest guest
Well, since Elaine allowed prune nectar in her constipation protocol.... which she recommended for beginners who needed that relief.... I don't see why you could not go ahead and add in some prune nectar, especially if you are badly in need of an iron boost. And why not cooked spinich at this point? Spinich is one that is tolerated fairly early on by most. It would not be okay raw.... but cooked is fine. Guest guest
I can do spinach, but I'm a little wary of prunes LOL. Ever since starting the yogurt I've been a bit unsettled in that area lately... Thanks, Michele > > > > Don't forget dark, leafy greens.... and prunes!
