You are so funny. Solgar only makes chelated magnesium in 100 mg.

tablets. You can take 200 mg. at a time. I wouldn't recommend 400 mg.

at one time for anyone because of possible problems with loose

stools/diarrhea. Plus, I'm sure there is a maximum load limit (for

example, the body can only absorb about 250 mg. vitamin C at a time,

yet people often take 1,000 mg. tablets. That's financially wasteful;

the body takes what it needs and excretes the rest in urine).

KAL makes a 400 mg. chelated magnesium glycinate. However, their Mg

gly isn't manufactured by Albion Labs. So far, it still seems that

Albion makes the most bioavailable chelated minerals, including

magnesium.

I got my lemon scented tea tree oil from Symons in Australia.

However, there is a place here in Chicago -- Mertz Apothecary -- that

carries the same brand: Auroma. Auroma produces very high quality

essential oils. I believe it's about $11.00 a bottle. I love the

scent, yet am more excited/hopeful because of the bacterial and

fungal killing effect research studies on this particular variety.

Mertz's web site is http://www.smallflower.com. If you don't want to

order online, let me know and I'll get it for you. I've wanted an

excuse to check out this place. Someone recently told me Mertz opened

another store inside the Marshall Field's store on State St.

I hope is soon doing better. Everyone is fine here. is

doing very well (knock wood) despite is ever-busy schedule. I'm

making plans for moving -- the sooner the better I think, as it's

turned quite cold and very windy tonight!

Thank you Kim, a is doing fantastic! She is still doing Tobi and

will for a while longer. Levaquin(sp), Zithro, and of course Mg 400

mg in a wack, boy I am brilliant, guess from now on, I will space

it. Boy, am I glad she would not go for the 8 pills, poor child,:-)

You told me takes Mg in the morning and zithro at night , we

are doing it backwards because Tammy said that Levaquin makes her

have nightmares, so I felt like doing it this way to prevent the

possibility of the nightmares, and she did wake up two nights ago

with a bad dream, unusual for her, she sleeps like a log. I did get

Inositol today but I am unsure of how much to give her, let me know

if you can help me with that and the brand name is Solaray, any

thought would be greatly appreciated, If you don't think a whole lot

about the brand name, don't think it twice, let me know, I trust your

knowledge.

If you don't mind buying the Lemon tree tea oil for me that would be

fantastic! I would like about five bottles, I will write you a

check, you need to find out how much it cost, though, and if it is

too much of a headache, let me know, please, you would not offend me

in any way.

My poor boys think I am a witch brewing stuff and making them smell

it. But, if I can keep colds away, it is worth it, my mom like a

good caribbean native believes in infussions, teas, inhalations, boy

I remember drinking honey, lemon, and grated red onions by the

gallons for my bronchitis and making gargles with some weeds for my

sore throat, :-)

Well, love to you and to your family,

Bev,

I'm sorry; since starting school in September, I've fallen behind in

everything, especially correspondence. Everything has taken a

backseat but I'll try to get this list to you and Lois before the

week is out, or at latest, next week.

Love you,

Kim
