I hear alot of MOMs say no sleep- YEAST. THis diet is very strong

and starting it is givin all the bad stuff alittle wake up call

because it is not being fed.

The DAN! protocol section on SCD talks about the typical DIE off

phase 2 to 3 months in to diet a die off occurs. Its a good thing!!

I belive they have done a survey on other parents doing the diet with

ASD kids.
