Is Dried Fruit from Just Tomatoes Legal?

Does any one know if the dried fruits (i.e. " Organic Just Strawberries " )

and veggies from " Just Tomatoes " company are legal on SCD?

The ingredient line says: " Ingredients: Cerified Organic Strawberries -

absolutely nothing added " . My son loved the strawberries. I didn't know

if something happens in the drying process that changes the

composition.

Sounds good to me and I am a real fan of dried organic mango from Whole Foods.

BTW: the Canadian Government has passed a law to control the designation of

Certified

Organic Foods. Although this sounds like a sensible idea, they do like to get

their fingers

in every pie and took control of supplements a few years sgo. The alternative

health

community regarded this as a breech of freedom.

Remember that these fruits and veggies are not cooked first, then dried.... so

they aren't for SCD beginners, only for those who are ready for more advanced

foods. I have bought some of the strawberries.... nice, but expensive!
