Guest guest
, As you can see by the time of my post, I'm late getting to the posts. The reasons why....because I was too tired to get up this morning, and spent half the day in bed. After that I had a doctor's appoint which took up three hours (driving, office waiting, etc). An opportune time to discuss you earlier question about fatigue, tiredness, lack of energy, etc. I see that you've gotten many replies to this question but I just haven't had time to read them all yet. I'll just add my comments, which will probably be repeats of something that someone else has already told you. Prior to my diagnosis of CP three years ago, fatigue and tiredness had been constant companions for about a year prior. I was always tired, always needing a nap, and waking up each morning feeling just as tired as when I went to bed. The malabsorption of essential vitamins and nutrients caused by my undiagnosed pancreatitis were the source of this problem. It happens to us all. With me, I was having to take a nap every afternoon. I just thought it was caused by my receding age and the fact that I was tired from running around after a young child. If you can get yourself on a good combination of vitamins, especially A, D, E and K, the ones that we don't absorb anymore, and some good antioxidants, your problems with fatigue should all but go away. Take them daily, and within a few weeks you should be feeling as good as new. Turns out the reason I was so dead today was that I'm nursing a slight sinus infection and I worked myself like a dog in the yard yesterday in the 95+ degree sun....I believe the heat index was 105 or something. Too much of that with a sinus infection was just too much. That's my comments. Now I'll get back to reading the posts to see what everyone else had to say. I'll post a list of some good vitamins and antioxidants after I've read what everyone else has to say. (smile) With love, hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H. Guest guest
Thank you as always Heidi. I guess it's to be expected then? The fatigue, tiredness and weakness. I'll be anxious to hear what my blood test for anemia showed yesterday. I'll be very interested as well in seeing what vitamins to take to try and derail this fatigue and weakness. Anyway, thanks again Heidi > , > > As you can see by the time of my post, I'm late getting to the posts.
