Guest guest
Good afternoon everyone, another day in paradise here; pain levels sitting steady around the tolerable range, good day... Can anyone speculate or link me to any answers here: *Is there a way that acute pancreatitus could have gone undiagnosed throughout several hospitalizations for acute abdominal pain, both ER and Inpatient? and if so, how? *Has it always been commen place to run Amylase and Lipase levels on a CBC, or whatever the normal bloodwork is called when seen ER. *Are there any other primary health issuses, which could present with ALL of the EXACT symptoms of acute pancreatitus, which might help explain the lack of a specific diagnosis (that one didn't make alot of sense to me either, but I couldn't figure out another way to word it, hope it got the picture to someone... other issues that mask pancreatitus?) I'm trying to figure out how this was SO immediately evident to the doctors in 1995, after I had suffered and been tested for what they told me was everything under the sun, for the earlier 5 years. ALWAYS, tho, AlWaYs, my white blood count has ran at the 12-20,000 level, every blood test, since 16 yrs. old... So far as my contact with the zyprxa case reviews, thus far... and I hope the kind woman was only trying to use restraint in exhuberance... My claim is absolutely valid, if documented by record as I have relayed, but--- there MIGHT BE A PROBLEM with statutes of limitation... 2 years in the state of Zyprexa, Iowa... That one is a thinker... HOW can it be a 2 year from 1998 ( when prescribed) when the FDA JUST this year asked for the stricter warning labels? Wouldn't it be 2 years from THAT disclosure? Just looking for logical comments, not legal advice, let me make that clear! One more? Has anyone ever heard of someone exhibiting complete recovery from Scizoaffective disorder, without being maintained with Meds and Therapy? Depression I can wholly admit, but scizoaffective; I can't get my mind around that one. Thanx guys and girls. Here's to a healthy and productive day for each and everyone. ricki
