Food log was Is this typical? kind of discouraged

This is hard isn't it? I can't imagine trying to log so many people

at one time. If a fullblown log is too hard, try simplifying. Right

now there are only a handful of things you guys are eating so you are

probably eating most of them every day. Jot down just a note for each

day. If you add a new food, write it down. If there is something you

are trying to not eat for a couple days to see if it was a problem,

write it down. That's easier than writing down every bite but should

still help you connect the foods to the symptoms. Make sure you jot

down symptoms as well - figure out the easiest way for you to do this -

maybe a scale of 1-5. Maybe just good, bad, ok. Maybe the number of

times a bad symptom was manifested. I hope that helps.
