Flo-

That is wonderful!!!!!! What a feeling. I am 3 lbs away from one of

my milestones and I can definitely feel your emotions.

Congratulations and thanks again for all your great posts. I always

smile when I anticipate reading a post from you.

This morning I stepped on the scale. I don't weigh often. The number was

232..that's what I weighed in 1966 on my wedding day. I won't even tell you

what this means to me...you all know..you all have your own milestones.

I have only been below that weight in 1968 after a terrible pregnancy but by my

six-week check up I was back up 32 of the 65 I lost during the pregnancy; in

1971 after another bad pregnancy during which I lost 52 pounds and by six weeks

I had gaind 40 of it back, and in 1988 after going to Physician's Weight loss

where I went down to 225 and the following week was 237...and rising. And rose

to an all time high of 324. I was 304 on my surgery date of May 31.

So...that's 72 pounds down in a little over 4 months. More importantly...I feel

better than I have felt in years. So many physical problems are gone. Such money

being saved on prescriptions!

I'm living a miracle!
