Guest guest
Does cooking of cheese reduce the amount of casein or break it down for easier disgestion? My son eats a tremendous amount of meduim cheddar cheese (aged 60 days), but most of it is cooked in a frying pan and turned into a crunchy cheese cracker. I just got a yogurt maker and was going to try making the yogurt this weekend. When you put yogurt into recipes that are going to be cooked in the oven --- does the yogurt loose its benefits? Thanks, Maureen
