Flour-hot breakfast cereal

Could anyone suggest a more cost effective nut flour for hot cereal?

The recipe I found calls for almond flour. Would like to try with others.

Other ingredients

are just water, honey and yogurt.

Also, would adding the yogurt to the cooked flour mixture kill the good stuff in

the

yogurt?? How would you reheat?
