My voice has dropped and I hate not to be able to sing like I use to. My best friend told me about the throat and what happens when it collapses and it is alot to take in. Prednisone was the only thing that worked with me also. My dr. told me there are onlyl a handful of people that have got TM from RP and only one got RP 14 mos. after getting TM so I won't be surprised if I get the symptoms of RP some day.TM usually doesn't have a relapse but I got one 11 mos. after I wasa dx. AS long as I don't get worse I will be happy. I wish you lluck with you problems will improve also. Atleast we have other people to talk to about RP and that is so great.Do you know how many people have RP? In 79 they said about 200 cases, been trying to find out.
