This sounds like it could be a yeast rash.

My son is going through this as well, caused by a second die off.

You can dilute apple cider vinegar in water, then apply it with a cotton

ball 3-4 times a day to clear it up if it's yeast. It will sting the

first couple of days (be sure to blow on it while you apply it), but

once it begins to heal the stinging will stop. Be sure to continue to

use it for about a week after the rash clears, or it will return.

Between treatments, use petroleum jelly, diaper cream or some other

barrier to prevent moisture from getting to it (especially if she's a

thumb/finger sucker).

Each child is different.... some kids have die-off symptoms for the first

several weeks. It really depends on how much overgrowth of gut pathogens and

other toxins they had to start with.

I will try the epsom salts bath, if it is due to die-off, how long

will it take for it to clear?
