Guest guest
(and everyone else, of course) I think that reply was pretty accurate from my point of view. I think I have had tracheal involvement from the beginning, as I used to get these asthma or asthma like attacks which involved stridor (you know, breathing like a baby with croup). However although I had no dx of rp until relatively recently, I was always put on steroids, there is still only slight tracheal narrowing. Actually since I have been on metho and plaquenil - and pred! I have not had any of these attacks, which makes my life so much easier!! Also we know from group experience that we are all different; I think the positive feeling is that it does not necessarily get worse or progress to everywhere. The hard thing is to get under control, and as Heidi always says take your meds and vitamins on time! Also, , funnily enough, I have also found my hair curls more easily on plaquenil!!! One side effect I am quite happy with - it minimises the thinning! Love Liz __________________________________________________

LOL Got my hair cut yesterday and said " Hey, what's with this curl??? " I blamed it on the meds , but then thought maybe it was just old age. LOL Hope you have a great day Liz, I'm off to go to court with . Keep those fingers crossed again. LOL hugs
